Wafid Appointment to Medical Complete Process | Step-by-Step Guide 2025

🔹 Step 1: Open Official Wafid Website

Go to your browser and type: www.wafid.com

Make sure the result from any browser looks exactly like this image.

🔹 Step 2: Click on “Book Medical Appointment”

After opening the Wafid homepage, you will see a button “Book Medical Appointment” — click on it.

This will take you to the official appointment booking form.

🔹 Step 3: Fill Out the Appointment Form

Now you’ll see a form. Enter all your passport details exactly as written on your passport.

  • Passport Number: Passport par likha hua bilkul same likho
  • Nationality: apni country select karo (e.g., Pakistan)
  • City: Pakistan ka wo city add kro Jahan se aap medical karwan chahty hn.
  • Visa Type: Work / Family / Student
  • Date of Birth: according to passport

Double-check sab information before clicking “Submit”.

🔹 Step 4: Appointment Payment Method

Next page par aapko appointment ki online payment krni hoti hy Jo k 10USD hy.

Wafid online payment Requirements

  • ATM CARD: Aap k pass Kisi bhe bank ka ATM VISA/MASTER Card hona zrori hy.
  • PUT CARD DETAILS: ATM card par mojud card type, card number, card expiry date and last me card ki 3 digit secrets pin enter kren.
  • Select OTP Method: ATM card ki information put krny k baad next page pr aapny OTP method select krna hy jis par aap ko transaction OTP Maosul Hoga.
  • Email: esy select krny par OTP  appointment form pr darj karda aap ky email par Maosul Hoga.
  • Text: esy select krny par OTP appointment form pr darj karda aap ky mobile number par Maosul Hoga.
OTP confirm hony ka bad Kuch time lgega or automatically wafid ki traf se aap ko aap ki select krda city me wafid se registered Kisi bhe medical center me refer krdya jaega.

🔹 Step 5: Make Payment Medical Center

Yaar Rahe k Karachi k Tamam Medical Centers Cash payment Required krty hn. aapko center par ja kar cash payment karni hoti hai.

Urgent Medical Fee: 26,000/- get reports in same day

Normal Medical Fee: 25,000/- get reports in 1 to 2 days

Keep your receipt safe. Aapka appointment confirm ho chuka hai.

🔹 Step 6: Visit Medical Center

Appointment date par apna Original Passport, Appointment Letter  Ka Printout, Passport-size Photos Passport & CNIC ki Copies  Max 2 Adad le kar Monday to Thursday 09:00AM to 02:00PM, or Friday Ko 09:00AM to 12:00PM medical center pohonch jao.

Wahan staff aapka biometric aur medical test karega (blood, X-ray, urine etc.).

✅ Step 7: Get Wafid Medical Report

Within few days, aapka Wafid result online update ho jata hai. Visit www.wafid.com → “View Medical Report” section me jao → apna passport number aur nationality daal kar result check karo.

Medical report “FIT” aane ke baad aapka visa process continue ho jata hai.
